| Jim is President of
Oberweis Asset Management and oversees all
investment research at Oberweis. He has spent his
entire career managing portfolios of high growth,
small cap companies. Jim is a holder of the
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Jim
earned an MBA with high honors from the University
of Chicago and a BS in Computer Science from the
University of Illinois. He has been a featured guest
on CNBC and Bloomberg television and authors a
growth stock column for Forbes. Jim is a member of
the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the
Economic Club of Chicago, the Investment Analysts
Society of Chicago, and the CFA Institute. |

| Martin joined Oberweis
Asset Management in 1987 and is a Portfolio Manager
for the firm’s domestic strategies. Martin earned an
MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in
Finance from Northern Illinois University. He was
previously employed at The Chicago Corporation and
Hamilton Investments. Martin has been a guest on
CNBC and Bloomberg television and has provided
commentary on various investment issues to
Investor’s Business Daily and The Wall Street
Journal. |

Kenneth S. Farsalas, CFA

| Ken joined Oberweis
Asset Management, Inc. in November 2004 and is a
Portfolio Manager for the firm’s domestic
strategies. He has over 14 years of investment
industry experience. Previously, he was employed at
Dearborn Partners LLC, where he was a Managing
Director and the Director of Research. Prior to
that, Ken worked as a small cap Research Analyst and
Portfolio Manager at Sterling Johnston Capital
Management, and began his career at SEI Capital
Resources as an Investment Consultant. Ken is a
holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation. He earned an MBA in Finance and
Accounting from the University of Chicago and a BS
in Journalism and Economics from Northwestern
University. He is a member of the Investment
Analysts Society of Chicago and the CFA Institute.
Ken has been featured on Forbes.com and has provided
commentary on various investment issues to
Investor’s Business Daily, Reuters and Bloomberg. |

Dave has spent his
career at Oberweis Asset Management, joining the
firm in July 1997. He is currently a Portfolio
Manager for the firm’s domestic strategies. Dave is
a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation as well as a CFP® certificant. He earned
an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in
Finance with honors from the University of Illinois.
He has been a guest of Bloomberg television and is a
member of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago
and the CFA Institute.

| Ralf joined Oberweis
Asset Management in November 2006 and is the lead
Portfolio Manager for the International
Opportunities strategy. Most recently, he was an
International Equity Analyst at Jetstream Capital,
LLC, a premier global hedge fund. Ralf has also
worked for Aragon Global Management, LLC, Bricoleur
Capital Management, LLC and NM Rothschild & Sons
Limited. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business
School and a BS, summa cum laude, in Finance,
Accounting and Chinese from Georgetown University.
Ralf grew up and has work experience in Europe and
has also lived in South Africa and Taiwan. He has
studied abroad in China and Taiwan, and is fluent in
German. Ralf has been published in the Journal of
Private Equity. |

John Wong, CFA

| John joined Oberweis Asset Management
and Oberweis Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. in September 2007 and
is the lead Portfolio Manager for the Asia Opportunities strategy.
Previously, John was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager
at Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco. Prior to that, John was part
of the International Small Cap team at Founders Asset Management
and also was a Portfolio Manager of the CVO Greater China Fund at
Offitbank. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation. John earned his MBA from Stanford University and two
BA degrees with high honors in Business Administration and Hotel
Administration from Washington State University. John was born
and attended schools in Singapore and is fluent in Mandarin,
Cantonese, Taiwanese, Hainan and English. John is a member
of the CFA Institute and is based in Hong Kong. |

Hwee Ghee Lim, CFA

| Hwee Ghee joined Oberweis Asset
Management (Asia) Ltd. in October of 2007 as a Senior
Investment Analyst on the Asia Opportunities Strategy
and has seven years of investment industry experience.
Previously, Hwee Ghee was employed as an Analyst for
Lehman Brothers Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong. She also has
worked as an Investment Analyst for SG Securities Ltd.,
Hong Kong. Hwee Ghee is a holder of the Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She earned her
BS in Economics with honors from the London School of
Economics and Political Science. Hwee Ghee is fluent
in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. She is a member
of the CFA Institute and is based in Hong Kong. |

Jeff joined Oberweis
Asset Management in 2004 and is a Senior Analyst for
the China Opportunities strategy. Jeff previously
worked on the domestic team at Oberweis. Jeff is a
holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation. Jeff is a member of the Investment
Analysts Society of Chicago and the CFA Institute.
Jeff earned a BS in Finance with high honors from
the University of Illinois. He has been a guest of
Bloomberg television and has provided commentary on
various investment issues to Investor’s Business
Daily, TheStreet.com, and Bloomberg.

Vanessa Shiu

Vanessa joined Oberweis
Asset Management in June 2005 as Director of China
Research for the China Opportunities strategy. She
is also President of Oberweis Asset Management
(Asia) Ltd. She was previously employed at Bear
Stearns Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong. Vanessa earned an MA
in Sociology with a concentration in Organizations,
Business, and the Economy from Stanford University
and a BS in Biology from Stanford University. She
has also studied at Oxford University and Peking
University and is currently pursuing her MBA from
the University of Chicago. Vanessa is fluent in
Cantonese, Mandarin, and English and is based in
Hong Kong.

Yanru Hsu

Yanru joined Oberweis
Asset Management in November 2006 as an Analyst for
the International Opportunities strategy. She was
previously employed by Deloitte & Touche as a Senior
Associate, where she provided financial consulting
services to major international corporations doing
business in Japan, China and other parts of Asia.
Yanru earned an MBA from the University of Maryland
and a Masters in Commerce with a BA in Business
Administration from Takushoku University in Tokyo,
Japan. Yanru is a Certified Public Account and is a
Level III CFA Candidate. She is fluent in Mandarin,
Japanese, and English.

Daniel J. Burr

Dan joined Oberweis
Asset Management in March 2008 as an Analyst for the
International Opportunities strategy. He was
previously employed by Federated Investors, Inc. as
an Equity Research Analyst, where he provided
research coverage on large and mid cap stocks within
the energy sector. Dan has passed level 3 of the
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and is
currently awaiting his designation. Dan earned an
MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in
Economics and Business Management from Cornell
University.

Kevin joined Oberweis
Asset Management in August 2006 as an Associate
Analyst. Kevin earned a BS in Finance and
Accountancy with high honors from the University of
Illinois. He is currently pursuing the CFA

| Jim joined Oberweis
Asset Management in June 2005 as the Director of
Trading and has over 15 years of investment industry
experience. Previously, Jim was a Senior Equity
Trader at Waddell & Reed Investment Management
Company in Kansas City. He also worked for Paladin
Investment Associates as Director of Trading, where
he was responsible for managing all aspects of the
equity trading desk. He began his career with
Investment Advisers, Inc. in 1992, where he held
various positions within the operations and trading
departments. Jim earned a double major in Finance
and Economics from the University of St. Thomas, St.
Paul, Minnesota. He is a member of Security Traders
Association of Chicago. |

Jae W. Chang

| Jae joined Oberweis
Asset Management in October 2006 as an International
Trader and has nearly a decade of investment
industry experience. Jae was previously employed as
a Trader for the Blackstone Group, where he focused
on the international marketplace. He began his
career with Oppenheimer & Co. where he held various
positions within the investment management team. Jae
earned a BA in Economics and Government from Bowdoin
College in Brunswick, Maine. He is a member of the
Security Traders Association of Chicago and is a CFA
Level II candidate. |
